Office Reinstatement

  • Protection matting rolled wall to wall along a corridor and into two rooms while the crew works on the walls
  • A unit stripped back to bare painted walls and surface conduit, ready for the landlord's handover inspection
  • A lorry loaded with stripped-out partitions, a sink, cement bags and metal framing, parked at the building entrance for disposal
  • A bathroom hacked back to the original screed and brickwork, with drainage and pipework exposed
  • A newly built partition and bulkhead skim-coated ready for paint, with the ceiling wiring left tailed out
  • A ventilation panel refitted above a door frame and made good, with the surrounding plasterwork repainted

  • A curved false ceiling under construction above a bay window, with downlight cut-outs set out and an access hatch left open
  • An arched false-ceiling bulkhead plastered and sanded ready for paint, with the air-conditioning unit wrapped and the floor boarded over
  • A recessed ceiling with concentric linear LED channels running around a stepped bulkhead
