Privacy policy

This policy covers Flair Construction Interiors Pte Ltd (UEN 201540820R) and this website. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to send it — through the enquiry form on this site, by WhatsApp, by phone or by email. Through the enquiry form, that is:

• Your name, and your company name if you give one
• Your mobile number and, if you give one, your email address
• The project type, location, floor area and target completion date you enter
• What you write in the project description
• Any floor plan or photographs you attach

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not buy contact details from anyone.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry, prepare your quotation, and carry out the works if you appoint us. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.

Where a project needs it, we share only what is necessary with the parties working on it — for example our own subcontractors and suppliers, your building management, or the relevant authorities.

Where it is stored

Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered and stored by Netlify, the hosting provider for this site, and are also sent to us by email. Quotations and project records are kept in our own business systems.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to quote and, if you appoint us, for the period we are required to keep project and business records. If you ask us to delete your details and we are not required to keep them, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Write to us and we will act on it.
